Pain is a feeling that there is something wrong or missing in your life, and it can vary from excruciating physical or emotional symptoms to a vague sense that something isn't right. It can ultimately be linked back to specific traumatic events or periods in early life, but, in the present, it can take many, many forms:

  • relationships constantly not working
  • being an alcoholic or an addict
  • constantly failing or feeling like you're failing
  • never feeling good enough
  • feeling unloved, unwanted
  • feeling lost and hopeless
  • feeling isolated


  • How do we help you break out of this?

    We do it by starting up a new, positive circular process, which we call the cycle of change: a client will feel a primal feeling, make a connection beween the present-day and past events, experience an insight about their own history and how it has affected their patterns of behaviour, then absorb this feeling and insight into their consciousness. All of this is then taken as a guide to tell them what changes to make in their life. 

     
    Introduction Another important point is that this circular process can start from anywhere in the circle: from the primal feeling, from a change that is made in the client's life, or from an intuitive connection that arises spontaneously.
