Introduction  British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy
We are both Accredited Counsellors/Psychotherapists of this professional organisation, and we follow its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. A copy of the Ethical Framework is available in the menu on the lower right hand side of the BACP home page.

      Sussex Counselling
This is the local Sussex organisation connected to BACP above; it is also connected to other professional organisations. It organises talks, it promotes counselling in general, and has a listings section of independent, fully qualified counsellors and psychotherapists. We are both members.

      International Primal Association
An organisation for interested parties and professionals alike, its mainly based in the USA and Canada, and has a slowly-growing European presence. Jan Armitage is a member.

      Primal Psychotherapy Page
This page is the portal to a huge site, with a massive amount of information - all of it from volunteers, much of it passionately felt, and fascinating.

      Primal Support Group
This site is the home base for a strong email support group for people working on their primal feelings, whether they are working with a therapist or self-primalling. It also has a broad reading list, including some books that are downloadable.

      Brighton
Brighton is where we live and work; it's a famous tourist city, a great place to be, and these sites shows you something about it. And of course, if you decide to do an intensive, whether you're starting therapy or doing a follow-up, you'll probably want to use these pages. www.brighton.co.uk.
    www.visitbrighton.com
    www.brightonlife.com
These all cover similar ground - maps, hotels, shopping, entertainment, and exhibitions.

      Brighton and Hove City Council
The City's official page can be particularly useful as the quicklinks menu on the left hand side has a good map facility.

      Brighton Natural Health Centre
Just what it says: Brighton NHC run a huge number of courses, workshops and drop-in classes that may well complement your
    therapeutic work.

      Kindred Spirit
We have advertised in Kindred Spirit for many years; they're a fascinating magazine, often well worth a look. They definitely look towards the spiritual.
